Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy
Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the order has not been shipped. Once shipped, the cancellation policy transitions to our Return Policy.
Return Eligibility
Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene second, innerwear and certain accessories are non-returnable. Custom-made or personalized items are also non-refundable unless defective.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges for different sizes of the same product, subject to availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos to facilitate a quick resolution.
